If you want some thrill and wonderment while you're in Las Vegas, you should try the Hoover Dam Top to Bottom Tour.

You will get into a Pink Jeep and head out for the Hoover Dam.  Along the way, you’ll see spectacular views of Lake Mead and the massive Colorado River. Once you’re at the  Hoover Dam, pull out your camera because it’s time to commemorate one of the most impressive structures in Nevada. Learn about the Hoover Dam's history and tour spots like Lower Portal Road, where the construction crews travel daily. Learn about the original gauging station that measures water levels that flow in and out of the Hoover Dam. Want more information? Get facts on how dynamite storage bunkers were utilized during construction of the Hoover Dam in the late 1930's. After you have explored famous spots at the Hoover Dam, get into the Colorado River Float and begin the second part of the tour, as you float along the river, you can see the power plants and Black Canyon. Another highlight of this portion of this tour is that you can capture excellent views of the Hoover Dam Bypass Project, which is the a 2,000 foot O'Callaghan - Tillman Memorial Bridge that spans over 900 feet above the Colorado River.
